Summary
StudioFlows will configure and launch a focused 90-day digital work order pilot for Aqua Sciences, Inc. The pilot will help move unscheduled service requests, job scheduling, technician assignments, field notes, materials tracking, and closeout documentation out of paper/text-message workflows and into a simple digital operations hub the Aqua Sciences team can test alongside the current process.
Scope of work
StudioFlows will prepare a digital work order pilot environment for Aqua Sciences, including service request intake, priority triage, job creation, staff assignment, schedule/calendar visibility, technician-facing job views, job detail pages, comments, basic closeout documentation, and demo-ready reporting structure. The system will be configured around Aqua Sciences’ service workflow without building custom accounting integrations, full recurring-service automation, GPS automation, or production financial sync in this phase.

Timeline
